Then\, learn how ricotta and pasta dough are made\, then see how ravioli are filled with ricotta and spinach. \nThe menu also features a classic marinara sauce\, savoury Chicken Marsala\, and a sweet finish of ricotta topped with honey and walnuts. \nMENU NOTES: Walnuts \nDate: Friday\, March 13\nTime: 6:30 PM\nLocation: Italian Canadian Cultural Centre\, 2629 Agricola Street\, Halifax\nFee: $75 per person (HST included) \nInstructors: Veronica Serafini & Riccardo Birbo\n \nBeverages: We do offer limited options for drink purchases for cooking classes hosted at the Italian Canadian Cultural Association – open to the community as guests.
