Please view the list below for details and then register and pay the fee. Registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fees, dates and locations vary based on the type of class being offered.

Note: All classes are held at the ICCA on Agricola Street with the EXCEPTION of the Pizza Cooking Classes are offered in partnership with Sapori Italian Street Food in Downtown Halifax, and classes are located there.

Please note - this is our current schedule of classes open for registration; if you cannot fit these into your schedule, be sure to add your name to our cooking school waitlist below.

Our cooking classes are primarily LIVE demonstrations only. There may be a little hands-on, but for the most part, you are watching the chefs show you what to do.
