Basics of Italian Cooking "La Cucina d’Italia" conducted by the culinary experts

within our community.

Offered periodically throughout the year, a four-week introductory course develops the basics of Italian Cuisine followed by a four-week advanced course for those who want to really shine in the kitchen.

Classes include a sit-down meal of the foods prepared that evening.  

Enrolment fee: $140 (cash or cheques only) for 4 classes
