Italian Cooking Classes in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Cooking Classes now open for registation!

Please view the calendar below for details and then register and pay the fee. Registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fees, dates and locations vary based on the type of class being offered.

Note: All classes are held at the ICCA on Agricola Street.

Please note – this list below on the calendar is our current schedule of classes open for registration; if you cannot fit these into your schedule, be sure to add your name to our cooking school waitlist.

Our classes are mostly demonstrations, and where possible, participants are invited to assist the chef instructors with specific parts of the recipe.

In the class, you will be provided with a handout with the recipe and room to make notes. You will also get to enjoy the dishes being made in the class, and in most cases, this results in being a full meal. There will be take-out containers for those who cannot eat all the various dishes.
