In this class, Chef Brandi will demonstrate how to make the traditional and classic Genovese pesto. You will learn Italian versions of sun-dried tomato, pistachio and a citrus pesto. You will also be introduced to Pere al Vino Cotte con Ricotta – a dessert made of fruit, wine and cheese.
