We offer two types of Italian cooking classes at the Italian Canadian Cultural Association in Halifax: public cooking classes and corporate or private group classes.

Public Cooking Classes

Public classes are listed on the calendar below and are open for individual registration.

Please review the class details, then register and pay to secure your spot. Registration is first come, first served. Fees, dates, and menus vary by class.

Corporate & Private Cooking Classes

Looking to book a class for a team, company, or private group?

We offer custom Italian cooking classes for corporate events, team building, and special occasions. Group size, menus, and pricing vary.

What to Expect in Our Classes

Our classes are primarily chef-led demonstrations. When possible, participants are invited to assist the instructor with specific parts of the recipes.

Each guest receives a recipe handout with space for notes. You’ll also enjoy all the dishes prepared during the class, and in most cases, the food served adds up to a full meal. Take-out containers are available for leftovers.

All classes are held at the ICCA on Agricola Street in Halifax.
