In this class, chef Max will demonstrate one of his favourite tuna dishes from Sicily, Tonno al pistacchio con cuscus al nero di seppia. This is composed of fresh tuna on a bed of couscous, followed by a popular Roman Pasta all’Amatriciana, an Italian Green Salad, then a popular and easy to make Italian dessert: Panna cotta
