Held on Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm, these sessions include six (6) wines paired with a selection of Italian cheeses, fresh breads, and classic antipasto.
Led by professional sommelier, Craig Sampson, you’ll learn about Italian wines while enjoying some of our Italian food favourites.

Meet Your Sommelier
Craig Sampson, a member of the ICCA, is a trained wine steward and certified through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
With over 25 years of facilitation and training experience, Craig loves to share his knowledge and passion for wine in fun, informal and interactive group settings. An experienced wine maker, he has toured vineyards across North America and Europe and has a particular affinity for central and northern Italian reds.
