Held on Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 2pm, 4pm and 6pm, these sessions include five wines paired with a selection of Italian cheeses, fresh breads, and classic antipasto.
Led by professional sommeliers, Mark DeWolf and Craig Sampson, you’ll learn about Italian wines while enjoying some of our Italian food favourites.

Meet Your Sommeliers
Mark DeWolf, a member of the ICCA, is a leader in Canada’s food and wine scene for over 20 years, has been a certified sommelier since 2001. He has worked alongside renowned chefs, led national and international editorial roles in wine media, and served as president of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
Through DeWolf Experiences, Mark has curated more than 50 trips across 10 countries and 20 wine regions, building strong connections with sommeliers, winemakers, and chefs around the world.
Craig Sampson, a member of the ICCA, is a trained wine steward and certified through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
With over 25 years of facilitation and training experience, Craig loves to share his knowledge and passion for wine in fun, informal and interactive group settings. An experienced wine maker, he has toured vineyards across North America and Europe and has a particular affinity for central and northern Italian reds.
