Italian Dumplings with Orange Salad & Chocolate Torta Tenerina

Learn to prepare Ricotta gnudi, soft Italian dumplings, which are the highlight of this menu and a dish rarely found outside of traditional kitchens. Chef Brandi will show how they are made and paired with a fresh orange salad, followed by a rich chocolate torta tenerina.
