Learn 4 Italian pestos in one night! Pesto sauces and variations take the spotlight in this class, including classic Genovese, sun-dried tomato, pistachio, and citrus. Served with pasta for tastings, alongside a shrimp crostini, toasted bread topped with pesto and shrimp, and Pere al Vino with ricotta, pears cooked in wine and served with cheese. A flavour-focused class built around sauces and pairings.
