MENU OPTIONS

The Hunters’ Menu features mushroom risotto balls, moose stew with roasted polenta and oven cooked quail with baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The Non Hunters’ Menu features mushroom risotto balls, beef stew with roasted polenta and roast chick with baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables. NOTE: There are NO Vegan or Gluten-Free Options available. Sorry.

WINE: You can pre-order bottles of wine for your table from a selection of 4 white and 4 red. Wine ordered here will be available only at your dinner table, not in the Club Room Bar. Other wines will be available at the event, along with our full bar menu. Many thanks to the Trevisani Association of Nova Scotia and our ICCA-NS volunteers for all the hard work that goes into hosting this annual event. Tickets are limited to 100. All taxes/ gratuity included.
