Costolette di maiale al sugo – Pork chops slowly cooked in a rich savoury gravy.

Funghi trifolati – Sautéed mushrooms with garlic, olive oil, and parsley.
Carote al forno – Oven roasted carrots.
Insalata mista e focaccia – Mixed Italian greens served with focaccia.
