A seafood-focused evening built around shrimp risotto and cod served with saffron cream on a squid ink potato base. Chef Max will walk through how to build flavour in risotto and prepare seafood with balance and precision, using both traditional and more refined techniques. The menu finishes with panna cotta, a smooth Italian cream dessert known for its light texture and simple, elegant flavour, offering a contrast to the savoury dishes earlier in the evening.
