Pasta alla Norma leads this menu, paired with beef carpaccio, thinly sliced beef with arugula and Parmigiano. Chef Max will walk through how these regional dishes come together, ending with Seadas, a fried pastry filled with cheese and finished with honey, a traditional dessert from Sardinia. Max offers his guests a menu that brings together bold regional flavours of Italy.
