Chicken Saltimbocca, a classic Roman dish made with prosciutto and sage, is the highlight of this menu. It’s paired with mushroom risotto and finished with tiramisu made from homemade ladyfingers. Chef Roberto will take the mystery out of risotto and share with you a predictable method for this classic, technique sensitive, favourite.
