In this class, Chef Roberto shares his go-to method for making traditional Italian meatballs that are full of flavour. You’ll also learn an Italian-style take on mashed potatoes.

The evening begins with a comforting bean and parsley soup, the kind of dish Italians grow up eating and never forget.
