Pasta alla Norma & Arrabbiata with Beef Tenderloin & Cannoli

Penne all’Arrabbiata and Pasta alla Norma take the lead in this menu, showcasing two classic Italian pasta dishes from Rome and Sicily. Chef Veronica will walk through how each dish comes together, from the bold, spicy tomato base of Arrabbiata to the eggplant and ricotta salata in Norma. The menu also includes Filetto al Pepe Verde, fillet of beef tenderloin served with a creamy green peppercorn sauce, along with fresh salad and toasted bread. The evening finishes with cannoli filled with ricotta, bringing together a mix of regional Italian flavours for a full Italian experience of this cooking class.
