In this class, the mother and son chefs (Veronica and Riccardo) demonstrate how to make one of Southern Italy’s most comforting dishes – creamy polenta served with pork ribs and sausages in a very rich meat sauce. The menu also includes seasonal salad and a traditional Amaretti Cake, a soft, nutty dessert that perfectly ends this hearty Italian meal.
