Enjoy an evening of fresh, from-scratch Italian cooking. Learn how ricotta and pasta dough are made, then see how tender ravioli are filled with ricotta and spinach. The menu also features a classic marinara sauce, savoury Chicken Marsala, and a sweet finish of ricotta topped with honey and walnuts
