** SOLD OUT** Italian Pestos, Pears & Ricotta

With Chefs Brandi and Diego.
In this class, Chef Brandi will demonstrate how to make 4 Italian Pesto sauces which will be served with prepared pasta and/or shrimp crostini. Starting off with the traditional and classic Genovese pesto along with Italian versions of sun-dried tomato, pistachio and a citrus pesto.
You will also be introduced to Pere al Vino Cotte con Ricotta – a dessert made of fruit, cooked wine and cheese.
Allergy alert: NUTS –– Pine nuts, almonds, pistachio are used in this class.
