Pasta alla Carbonara with Caprese & Crostini

Learn to make authentic pasta alla carbonara using egg, cheese, and pancetta. The menu for this class includes insalata caprese con riduzione di balsamico (caprese salad), crostini di ricotta e frutta, and finishes with frutti di bosco con gelato (berries and ice cream).
