You’ll see how tender Chicken Saltimbocca is layered with prosciutto and sage, and how creamy saffron-infused Risotto alla Milanese is prepared to perfection. The evening ends with amaretti, a quick, easy, and naturally gluten-free dessert enjoyed across Italy.
