Traditional Italian Lasagna from Scratch

This class takes you through the full process of making a traditional Italian lasagna from scratch. This is a deeper dive into one of Italy’s most loved dishes, built step by step including a bechamel sauce.
Learn how to make fresh pasta and assemble the lasagna, accompanied by a crisp Italian salad.
The evening ends with a serving of freshly baked lasagna.
