Learn creamy risotto ai gamberi (shrimp risotto) and merluzzo su tartare di patate al nero di seppia con salsa allo zafferano. (Cod on potato tartare with squid ink and saffron sauce)

Dessert is classic panna cotta, a smooth Italian custard-style dessert made from lightly sweetened cream.

This class is for seafood lovers looking to learn something special to cook.
