In this class, the mother-and-son chefs will demonstrate how to make one of Southern Italy’s most comforting dishes — creamy polenta served with pork ribs and a rich ragù sauce. The menu also includes a seasonal salad and a traditional Amaretti Cake, a soft, nutty dessert that perfectly ends this hearty Italian meal.
