Prepare petto di pollo ripieno al prosciutto, chicken stuffed with that italian fave, prosciutto, served with sautéed broccolini.
You’ll also learn how we make gnocchi di spinaci al burro e parmigiano. (spinach gnocchi with butter & parmigiana sauce)
To finish the class, dessert is macedonia di frutta con gelato (fruit salad with ice cream), a light and classic Italian finish.
