** SOLD OUT ** Italian Cooking: Homemade Filled Pasta & Chicken Marsala

With Chefs Veronica and Riccardo.
Enjoy an evening of fresh, from-scratch Italian cooking. To begin, you will enjoy an antipasto of melon and prosciutto. Then, learn how ricotta and pasta dough are made, then see how ravioli are filled with ricotta and spinach.
The menu also features a classic marinara sauce, savoury Chicken Marsala, and a sweet finish of ricotta topped with honey and walnuts.

Beverages: We do offer limited options for drink purchases for cooking classes hosted at the Italian Canadian Cultural Association – open to the community as guests. Payment via card only.
All registrations are final. We do not offer refunds or credits if you cancel or can no longer attend, for any reason, unless the Association cancels the class. Please ensure you understand our No Refund policy before purchasing your tickets.
