Learn how to make the 4 classic sauces that will be used in future classes to create fabulous meals. Your evening will include a demonstration of how to make 4 sauces: Tomato, Marinara, Rosé, & Pesto, along with stuffed beef rolls and an Italian Salad (Involtini di manzo.)
