Italian Lasagna from Scratch: Sauces to Fresh Pasta (2-part class)

Join us for a two-part Italian cooking experience dedicated to creating a traditional Italian-style meat lasagna from scratch. In Part One, learn how to prepare the rich sauces that form the base of the dish, enjoy a fresh Caprese Salad, and watch how sautéed chicken breast with lemon and parsley is made. In Part Two, discover how to make fresh pasta and ricotta, then assemble the lasagna for baking right away or freezing for later. The evening also includes one of Brandi’s favourite antipasti and a slice of freshly baked lasagna to savour.
