Join us for a two-part Italian cooking class featuring authentic dishes from Rome and the Lazio region. Learn how to prepare classic recipes like Pasta alla Carbonara, Saltimbocca Romana, Tiramisu, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana, Chicken Cacciatore, and Ciambelline al Vino. Each session includes chef-led demonstrations, cultural insights, and a tasting of each dish, so yes – your dinner is included!
