You’ll begin by preparing a traditional Italian sauce, using simple ingredients and techniques that build depth, balance, and flavour. This is one of those foundational skills that elevates everyday cooking.
For the main dish, you’ll learn:
✔ Chicken Saltimbocca – a classic Roman dish made with tender chicken, prosciutto, and fresh sage, finished with a light white wine pan sauce
It’s simple in preparation, but full of flavour, and a dish that feels both comforting and elevated.
To finish the evening:
✔ Tiramisu – a classic Italian dessert layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream
This class is a great fit if you want to expand your cooking skills with traditional Italian recipes that are both impressive and practical to make at home.
