In this class, Chef Max will guide you through each step of building a traditional lasagna, beginning with fresh pasta dough. You’ll learn how to prepare the pasta sheets, along with one of the key elements that sets Italian lasagna apart:

You’ll then learn how to assemble an italian lasagna, understanding how each component comes together to create a dish that’s lighter and more balanced than what most people are used to.
