Italian Cooking: Friday Spritz and Spaghetti

With Chefs Riccardo and Jeff.
We begin this Friday night class with a welcome Aperol Spritz as chefs demonstrate how to prepare a simple antipasto. Next, you’ll learn the techniques behind two Roman pasta favourites – Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Spaghetti all’Amatriciana. To finish the evening, chefs will show you step-by-step how to make Italy’s beloved dessert, Tiramisù.
Menu Notes: Raw eggs and alcohol are used in making this dessert.
