With Chef Roberto.
This is a class focused entirely on pasta making. You’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, the way it’s done in traditional Italian kitchens. From mixing the dough to rolling and shaping, Chef Roberto will guide you step by step so you leave confident making pasta at home.
To pair with your pasta, you’ll prepare two classic Italian sauces:
✔ Pesto – made with fresh basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, and extra virgin olive oil
✔ Sugo al Pomodoro – a traditional tomato sauce slowly simmered with garlic, onion, and basil
You’ll see how simple ingredients, when done right, create rich, balanced flavour.
To finish the evening:
✔ Cannoli Siciliani – crisp shells filled with sweet ricotta, candied orange, chocolate, and pistachio
A classic Italian dessert and a well-earned finish after a night of pasta making.
This class is ideal if you want to build a real kitchen skill you can use again and again.
