Classic Italian Sauces with Involtini di Manzo

This class teaches you to make classic Italian tomato and a version of a bolognese sauce from scratch.
Enjoy a typical antipasto, along with Involtini – a thinly sliced beef stuffed, rolled, seared, and baked in tomato sauce.
